Cancellation Policy

📄 TERMS & CONDITIONS (applies to all packages) Last updated: May 2025 Booking & Scheduling: All sessions are scheduled through Calendly (or your preferred booking platform) and must be used within the timeframe noted for each package (e.g., 3 months for 4-session package, 6 months for 6-session). Rescheduling is allowed with 24 hours' notice. No-shows will be charged. Refunds & Transfers: Due to the nature of coaching and consulting services, all packages are non-refundable once the first session has been delivered. You may transfer unused sessions to a friend or family member with prior written notice. Expiration: Sessions must be used within: 1 session: within 1 month 2 sessions: within 2 months 4 sessions: within 3 months 6 sessions: within 6 months 12 sessions: within 12 months After that, any remaining sessions will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing. Confidentiality: All sessions are confidential. Your personal information and discussions will never be shared without your consent unless required by law. Coaching Disclaimer: Coaching and consulting are not a substitute for medical, legal, or psychological services. As your coach and consultant, I will not diagnose or treat any mental health conditions. Client Responsibility: You agree to come to sessions prepared, engaged, and open to feedback and reflection. You are responsible for your decisions, results, and actions. Intellectual Property: All materials shared during coaching are for your personal use only and may not be shared or repurposed without permission. Communication: Between sessions, you may email brief updates or questions. Response time is typically within 48 hours (M-F). Additional support can be added for a fee.
